Innovation

Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) are activities that have guided JA ANIMAL HEALTH since its foundation. The purpose of its creator was to innovate in the veterinary market, offering differentiated drugs mainly regarding therapeutic efficacy, practicality and better cost-benefit ratio. To drive innovation in new solutions, the company has a technical team formed by specialists, masters and doctors in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, among other related areas. It also has an exclusive department of RD&I Pharmaceutical and Veterinary, active in researches, development and registration of new drugs, allied with analytical and documentary support from the sectors of Quality Control (Physical-Chemical and Microbiological) and Quality Assurance.

Partnerships

The company also maintains partnerships with technology companies and centers to promote research and innovation, such as the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) and National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES).

Through the “JA University” project, renowned universities from all over Brazil receive grants for teaching and research in the Clinical and Surgical area of Large Animals. Among the universities covered by the project, we can mention the University of São Paulo (USP), Federal University of Goiás (UFG), Federal University of Tocantins (UFT), Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), among others.

Technical Support

Complementing our mission to contribute to the development of livestock and the success of our partners, we offer technical support to breeders, veterinarians, agricultural stores and universities, through technical visitations, in person and online training, laboratory exams, webinar conferences, field trips, among other activities.

To expand our communication, JA provides technical brochures, educational videos, suggested treatment protocols, among other materials that help those involved in livestock activities to improve the health and productivity of the herd.
